Mentor Service Agreement & Stipends
Mentor Service Agreement
The Mentor Service Agreement is a formal contract between the individual mentor and the ECAAP program. This contract ensures that the mentor has the appropriate training and resources to build successful mentoring relationship and registered apprenticeship programs. Each mentor must spend a minimum of fifteen (15) hours a week working one-on-one with the apprentice.

Mentor Stipends
A mentoring stipend is awarded to each ECAAP mentor for each active apprentice twice per year.  These stipends are approved and administred through the ECAAP staff and office. In order to recieve a stipend in a given semester the mentor must:

  • Have an active Apprentice participating in the program at any time during a given semester;
  • Have completed all mentoring paperwork and have it turned into the ECAAP office
  • Have an Apprentice in good standing all completed documentation and paperwork turned into the ECAAP office.
  • Complete and turn in the Mentor Invoice to the ECAAP office.
