All new mentors must complete an application process and be approved and registered under a registered ECAAP sponsor to participate in the program. The sponsor and each participant will be notified by ECAAP when they have been approved for program participation and given guidance for the next steps. This list outlines the items that must be submitted to the ECAAP office. Please make sure that you maintain copies of the following throughout the entire time you are utilizing the Registered Apprenticeship System.

Three Letter of Recommendation for mentoring in early childhood setting
Copy of KBI check and all necessary licensing requirements
