Class Enrollment
Program Requirements
Once accepted by the college, apprentices are responsible for class enrollment. Use the Related Instruction Outline below as a guideline for which classes to enroll in to meet ECAAP program requirements.

When enrolling, apprentices should indicate that they are with ECAAP. All books, fees, and tuition will be paid either through Pell Grants or ECAAP program funds. No apprentices should pay from his or her own pocket for books, fees, or tuition for required ECAAP classes.

Apprentices are asked to notify the ECAAP office of class enrollment each semester by phone or email .

Closed Classes
If you are trying to enroll in a required class that is closed, contact the Early Childhood Department at the college. Tell them you are an ECAAP apprentice and request special permission to enroll in the class. Instructors often allow for additional students on a special-needs basis.

Outstanding Balances
ECAAP is not responsible for any outstanding balances incurred by the apprentice beyond the required ECAAP classes. Only 20 hours of early childhood college curriculum will be paid for by ECAAP. Only courses listed on the Related Instruction Outline will be approved for ECAAP payment.
