Smart Start Kansas is a program that provides community-based partnership grants through the
Kansas Children’s Cabinet. Funding is used to improve the quality and availability of services for young people and families.
Area programs / grant projects are determined by an analysis of the communities' needs and work to enhance and expand the services that are already in place. This analysis insures that time, energy, and money are not wasted by duplicating efforts.
