Apprentice

Application

The apprentices will complete and return all necessary paperwork to enroll in the ECAAP program prior to being allowed to enroll in college courses. Please review the what needs to be submited form.

Must be submitted to apply to ECAAP:

Apprentice Application: describe personal and professional goals and how ECAAP will help you meet said goals
Apprentice Verification to be completed and signed by the Sponsor as it relates to you and your current early childhood work environment
Information Release
Copy of current First Aid and/or CPR Certificate
Copy of Child Abuse/Neglect Recognition Certificate
Copy of KBI and all other necessary licensing requirements

Submitted after acceptance to ECAAP:

Federal Financial Aid Application: This form must be completed and submitted annually. Financial aid forms can be mailed to federal offices or completed electronically. A copy of the status report or award letter must be sent to the ECAAP office at: 150 N. Main, Suite 100 Wichita, KS 67202
Application for Admittance: to the ECAAP educational partner of choice. Send ECAAP student ID
Apprentice Agreement: signed by the apprentice, Sponsor Director, and Kansas State Apprenticeship Director
Daily Progress Records/Monthly Logs and Mentor Assessments: Due by the 5th of each month

The apprentice is responsible meeting the requirements outlined in the Apprentice Compliance Policy.
